No. All of their units are gender-specific for the comfort of their tenants. However, if requested upon application, a male and female can share a room together if both submit the request.

Can I have visitors?

Of course! Visitors are allowed during the day but will have to leave the apartment by 10 p.m. No overnight guests are allowed.

How do I check in?

You will receive detailed move-in instructions 48 hours before your scheduled arrival date. To prevent any potential delays, please make sure that all outstanding balances on your account have been settled. For the move-in process, you will be provided with self-move-in instructions. The specific details may vary depending on the community, but in most cases, the keys will be placed in a secure lockbox at the property where you will be staying. These instructions will include all the essential information you need, and a comprehensive video guide will be included to assist you throughout the process.

Check-in time?

The standard check-in time is at 3:00 PM. If you require an early check-in, please make a request. However, it's important to note that early check-ins are not guaranteed and are subject to availability. they will do their best to accommodate your request, but it's recommended to inquire in advance to explore the possibility.

Should I inspect my Apartment when I move in?

Yes, they encourage all tenants to fill out the move-in checklist provided when they first move into the apartment and note anything down that might need to be fixed so that their team can take care of it.

I am moving soon and want to get a parking space. What are the steps that I have to take to reserve a parking space?

 You'll receive a "Parking Information Form" to complete and submit. Spaces are first-come, first-served. Their team will email you with details, including pricing. Parking incurs a monthly charge.

Can I send a package before moving in?

No, it is not advisable to send packages before your move-in date. To prevent any potential issues such as lost packages or delivery complications, they kindly request that you refrain from sending any items until you have arrived at the property.

Are parking spots available?

Yes. Parking spaces are available for a monthly fee. Students need to contact their team during their application process to request a parking space. Requests are honored if available.

Can they use financial aid to pay for housing in PMG ?

The resident is responsible for making their rent payments and deposits on time and in full, regardless of how and when their financial aid is dispersed. If financial aid is dispersed to you after your rent is due, they suggest that you pay out-of-pocket and reimburse yourself once your financial aid disbursement is received.

How do I pay my rent?

Online Portal or via check. You will be able to log in to your PMG  Tenant Portal where debit/credit card and e-check payments are accepted. Unfortunately, they do not accept AMEX or Discover cards. Transaction fees may apply for online payments.

What do I have to pay when submitting my application?

The application is free. Once the application is approved, the student can pay the holding deposit to guarantee their place. The holding deposit will convert to a security deposit once a student moves in.

What are the move-in charges?

Before moving in, the student needs to pay a one-time placement fee, parking charges (if applicable) and the first month’s rent.

What methods of payment are accepted?

Their PMG Tenant Portal facilitates global payments, including major credit cards, ACH, direct wire transfers to PMG bank account, and the flexibility of personal checks, cashier's checks, or money orders. Please note that for personal checks, cashier's checks, or money orders, advance mailing to the PMG office is required. When do I get my security deposit back?

You will receive your security deposit refund, minus any move-out charges, within 21 days of your move-out date. they offer the flexibility of choosing between a direct bank transfer or receiving a refund via check.

When is my rent due?

Do I need to have renter's insurance?

Yes, you need to have liability insurance before the move-in. Please review the insurance section of your lease when obtaining the renter's insurance to ensure it meets lease requirements. 7 days before the move-in date.

What do the tenants do if their amount payable exceeds the maximum amount allowed for a single transaction?

They must submit multiple payments.

How does a tenant or homeowner enter a non-US billing address for a credit or debit card?

The payer can enter their street address in the first address field, and their country's equivalent of state in the second address field. The State/Province can be left unselected. The city, zip/ postal code, and country fields are used the same as a US-based billing address.

Are utilities and furnishings included?

Yes. Utilities such as Electricity (up to a cap), trash, water, gas, unlimited internet, and complementary Netflix are included with PMG . All of their apartments are fully furnished, including kitchen supplies, bedding, and others. (An inventory list will be provided before move-in).

Are there laundry rooms available?

Laundry facilities are available in some units and/or the apartment building itself. Please contact their team directly to ask if the unit you’ll be placed at will have a washer and dryer available.

Is there housekeeping service?

In some of their apartments, they do offer housekeeping services. If it is offered, it is noted as one of the amenities.

Are pets allowed?
