A co-living nice house with all the comforts to make it home all in a prime location in Riverside. Staying with them, will give you the opportunity to make friends with people all over the world. It is an International house :-) Enjoy the comfort of a Private Bedroom with a Shared Bathroom in a large house while sharing all the common areas (Living Room, Dinning room & the kitchen).
Guest access
Full access to the rest of the house. Share Living Room, Dining Room, Kitchen & all common areas.I do live on the property so unless I'm working or traveling, I'm available to help with anything needed or just to hang out.
1. One month’s rent must be paid at the time of booking to secure the room with property.
2. This will get offset against your rental payment.
1. The security deposit may be required at the time of booking.
2. The deposit might be refundable at the end of your tenancy less any damages & pending charges.

Property does not require you to have a guarantor to book a room.
Service fee: You will be required to pay a service fee equivalent to 10% of Sub total amount at the time of booking. Please get in touch with your amber agent for more information.
1. More than 30 Days Before Move-in
Tenants who cancel their booking more than 30 days before the scheduled move-in date will receive a 100% refund. This flexibility supports their changing needs while providing hosts enough time to find new bookings.
2. Within 30 Days of Move-in
If a cancellation occurs within 30 days of the move-in date, the first month's rent is charged, and the remaining months are refunded. This clause is essential for compensating hosts for their potential loss of income due to late cancellations, while still offering tenants some level of refundability for longer bookings.
3. 48-Hour Cancellation Grace Period
This grace period is valid if the cancellation is made 30+ days before the move-in. It allows tenants a brief window to reconsider their booking decisions without penalty, fostering confidence and satisfaction in the booking process.
Note: All bookings with a duration shorter than 30 days are non-refundable. This policy reflects the increased risk and reduced timeframe hosts have to rebook their properties.
1. If 60 Days Notice is Given: Tenant must pay for just one additional month’s rent if they provide at least 60 days' notice before leaving earlier than initially planned.
2. If Less Than 60 Days Notice is Given: Tenant who do not provide a 60-day notice will be responsible for the full amount of the originally scheduled stay.
In cases of unforeseen events that necessitate cancellation, documentation will be required by the property, and cases will be evaluated individually to ensure a fair response.
