Who can live with us?

PMG provides accommodation for students of all genders and nationalities who are enrolled on a higher education course in Spain, and who are a minimum of 18 years of age at the time of check-in.
Note: if your underage at the time of making the reservation, your legal guardian, mother or father, can make the reservation for you.

What is the contract length?

They have different types of stays, the full course of 9.5 months and flexible ones for stays longer than one month. For groups, short stays and / or summer stays, contact them to check availability.

What is included in the room rental?

The rent is all-inclusive and covers your water, gas, electricity bills, also weekly room cleaning, bin linen & towels, super fast internet access and contents insurance.

What happens if they are not happy with the room?

You may ask the Property Manager for a change of room. She/he will try their best to accommodate your request subject to availability. However, please bear in mind that different rooms are offered at different prices. The rates are based on size of the room, location in the building and availability.

What do I need to pay before I arrive?

A reservation payment of €100 and upon signing the contract, the payment of the deposit that varies depending on your lenght of stay. In case you don’t pass your University access exams or you are not admitted by the University, deposit refund conditions are detailed in the booking conditions.

What other charges can I expect?

You will be expected to pay to use the laundry, phone calls and any items purchased from available vending machines.

Can I choose my room in the building?

Rooms are allocated on a first come first served basis. So if you would like to select your room, they advise you to book as early as possible. If you have any special requests regarding your room please let them know at the time of your booking and they will do their best to try and accommodate these. After your first year with them, if you want to stay for another year, you will be in the top of the list.

How do I arrange a viewing?

You can arrange a viewing by completing their form. Alternatively, please email or phone them and they will arrange a convenient time to show you around.

What time is my check in and check out?

Check-out time is 12noon on the date of your move-out.
Standard check-in times are from 10am to 4pm. However, during busy periods, the property manager will pre-arrange a convenient date and time for your check-in with you.

Can I move in Early?

Yes if the room is available. An additional charge may be made depending on when you move in, please contact the Property Manager if you would like to move in earlier.

Are there social events organised for the residents?

There are a number of social events organised through the year to help their residents get to know each other. They would be delighted to see you at their events.

Can you arrange airport pick up service?

They would be happy to arrange an airport pick up for you. All you need to let them know is your name, arrival date and time, flight number, number of suitcases / bags and they will be able arrange a taxi for you. Please ensure that you have sufficient Euro in cash to pay for the taxi fare. Not all taxis take international credit cards.
Many well-known taxi companies also have their own apps. You may want to compare fares and download an app to order your own taxi to avoid paying in cash.

Can I stay in the property during the summer?

Their student accommodations offer summer lets. This would be a separate contract from the standard academic year contract. Please check with their Property Manager for further information on availability during the summer.

Is there a member of staff available at all times?

Yes, there are friendly members of the team available at all times.

Will I have Internet in my room?

Yes of course, and it is included in your rent. You will have a super fast 100mbs Wi-Fi connection.

Is there room cleaning service?

At PMG, their house keeping teams on-site clean all communal areas on a daily basis. Cleaning room and bed changing service will be carried out on a weekly basis. However, you can ask for an extra service anytime with an additional cost.

Will I have a TV in my room?

The rooms have no television or TV antenna. You can watch TV on any of your enabled devices connected to the Wi-Fi.

What happens if I need any maintenance in my room?

Their on-site staff are there to help you resolve any maintenance issue that may occur. Please report it to the office or reception either in person or via an email. Their maintenance team will make an appointment with you to fix the problem.

Do you have laundry facilities?

Yes there are laundry rooms with a number of washers and dryers which you can use 24/7.

Do you provide bedding?

Yes, the service of sheets and towels and the weekly change is included in the rent for full-time stays or longer than a month.

Can I smoke in my room?

No, smoking is strictly prohibited on all their properties in all areas except areas outside the building that are specifically designated as smoking areas and have a sign that says so.

Am I allowed to have guests?

Guests are allowed to visit, however, please speak to your Property Manager if you expect that your guest will need to stay over.

Is there a discount for group booking?

PMG offers special rates for groups according to their needs, services and length of stay. They also have promotions and specific offers that may be of interest for groups. Get in touch with them by filling out the contact form or calling if you want to know more about these offers.

Which room types are suitable for double occupancy?

Their accommodations have premium studios that can be used by two people upon prior request. When you make the reservation, tell them if you want it to be for double use. The two residents of the room must be students, of legal age and with the same period of stay.
