Apollo Tempe’s insurance will not cover your personal belongings. Theysuggest getting renter’s insurance for this reason. It is generally inexpensive and will cover your personal belongings if something were to happen.
What if I need to break my housing contract?
Apollo Tempe’s housing contract is binding and cannot be broken. If you cannot live in our community after signing your lease, you will need to re-let or find a replacement for your space.
How do I receive mail & packages?
Your mail will be delivered to your apartment’s mailbox located on Apollo Tempe’s property. If you receive a package that doesn’t fit in the mailbox, you will receive a key in your mailbox with instructions for pick up from the onsite office or nearby parcel locker. Other carriers may deliver to your apartment door.
