Rent is due on the 1st of every month; however, they accept rent until the 3rd with no late fees.

Are any utilities included in the monthly rent?

The utilities are not included. The water/sewer is billed monthly and is based off the square footage/occupants and is paid to the property along with your rent payment. You would put electricity in your name and you would pay the power company directly.
