Housing assistance is paid in arrears (e.g., assistance for September rent is paid in early October), starting from the 1st day of the month following the date you meet all conditions. Example: If you move in on September 25, you’ll be eligible for assistance starting October 1, paid in early November.

    Apartments in the property’s residences are rented furnished, so you are not allowed to remove any furniture from the unit. However, you are free to rearrange the furniture as you like. Before you move out, everything must be returned to its original position.

    You may keep your rental over the summer. Rent remains the same during this period (depending on the residence). Keeping your apartment allows you to avoid paying new application fees and repeating entry/exit inventories.
