How do I apply for the waitlist?

In order to join their waitlist please click on “Lease Online” located in the upper right-hand corner. You will then choose your floor plan preference of the Metro, Centro, Lusso or Mezzo waitlist. and complete your application. Once they have approved your application they will email your approval letter, Financial Aid verification, and Apartment Request form. The Apartment Request form is where you will detail your desired floor plan, floor, view and move in date. This information is what I will use to select your apartment once I receive my notices to vacate on April 1st. By the second week in April (at the latest) you will receive your apartment selection and then be able to log back into the website to sign your Lease agreement.

What happens if I do not receive my load disbursement when rent is due?

If you are waiting on your financial aid they will not charge you late charges until you receive your disbursement. This is one of the commitments they have made to ensure that their students can concentrate on their studies and not worry about finances.

Can I bring my pet?

Century Towers is very pet friendly. They have a full service Pet Spa on the 1st floor and a Dog Park north of the building entrance. They accept 2 pets per apartment, under 85 lbs. There is an additional $250.00 deposit and $10.00 per month for your furry friend. They always keep snacks in the office and feature a pet of the month drawing on social media.

When should I book?

You should book well in advance to avoid disappointment. They do accept late bookings, however, this is based on availability which may be limited. Most accommodations have great offers which can be availed by early booking, they suggest booking your ideal accommodation as soon as possible!

Can I make group bookings?
