The living space features a desk with chair, a table and two seats, a 3’9″ x 6’5″ (120 x 200 cm) bed (with pillow and duvet). Additionally, there is a bed linen kit, a cupboard and a bathroom with shower, washstand, towel rail and toilet facilities. In a resolutely natural and plant-themed style, these apartments are warm and bright: places that lend themselves to sharing and to creativity that you can decorate as you wish. You may cancel your booking based on the timeline below. Applicable charges will be deducted depending on when the cancellation request is made: Within 7 days of booking: No charge; full refund issued. 1. Up to 1 month before the planned arrival date: 50% of the booking fee will be charged. 2. Up to 15 days before the planned arrival date: 100% of the booking fee will be charged. 3. Up to 7 days before the anticipated start date: 100% of the application fee and ½ month's rent will be charged. 4. After the planned arrival date: 100% of the booking fee and 1 month's rent will be charged.

No Visa No Pay

In the event of a visa refusal, the following cancellation policy applies. All cancellations must be submitted in writing and accompanied by official documentation confirming the visa denial: Up to 15 days before the planned entry date 1. You are eligible for free cancellation with a full refund of all payments made, including the booking fee and any rent or deposits. 2. Between 14 days before and the planned arrival date 3. You will receive a full refund of the security deposit and one month's rent, while 100% of the booking fee will be charged. 4. After the planned date of entry 5. You will receive a full refund of the security deposit, but 100% of the booking fee and one month's rent will be charged.

Is shared accommodation possible at the property?

Shared accommodation is allowed in the property’s residences (depending on the size of the units and applicable regulations).

What is an inventory report and what is it for?

The inventory report is a document prepared between the resident and the property. It is completed when the resident moves in and again upon departure. Issued in several copies and given to each party, it must be kept throughout the rental period. The move-in inventory is carried out on the day the keys are handed over (not necessarily on the day of signing the lease). It records the condition of the unit when the resident moves in. When moving out, the inventory report describes the condition of the apartment at the end of the lease. It confirms that residents who have maintained their unit return it in good condition to the property.

Are bed linen and dishes provided in the accommodation?

A dishware kit is provided in all the property’s apartments. On request, they can also provide a disposable linen kit (price upon request).

What documents are required for housing assistance applications?

When applying for housing assistance, you’ll need to provide the following documents:

A copy of your ID
Proof of your student status
Proof of income, or if you have none, a sworn statement confirming you received no income in the previous year
Your bank account details (RIB) if you want the assistance to be paid directly to you
Your CAF beneficiary number, if you already have one

Tips: Like many administrative procedures, processing by CAF takes time. They recommend preparing your application as early as possible to start receiving assistance quickly. Note: The first month of your lease is considered a “waiting month” – housing assistance is not granted or paid during this period. Housing assistance is paid in arrears (e.g., assistance for September rent is paid in early October), starting from the 1st day of the month following the date you meet all conditions. Example: If you move in on September 25, you’ll be eligible for assistance starting October 1, paid in early November.

Am I allowed to remove or move furniture in my apartment?

Apartments in the property’s residences are rented furnished, so you are not allowed to remove any furniture from the unit. However, you are free to rearrange the furniture as you like. Before you move out, everything must be returned to its original position.

Are pets allowed in the property’s housing, and under what conditions?

At the property, small pets are allowed. As a precaution, a security deposit will be required to cover any potential damage.

Is there a reception team available during the day?

In all the property’s residences, the manager is available during office hours and by appointment. The schedule is posted and available in each residence.

What is the procedure for leaving my apartment?

If you wish to leave your apartment before the end of your lease, you must send your notice respecting the legal notice period (1 month from receipt of the notice):

By registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt to the address of your residence
By handing it directly to your residence manager You will then receive confirmation of receipt of your request.

Can I keep my apartment during the summer months?

You may keep your rental over the summer. Rent remains the same during this period (depending on the residence). Keeping your apartment allows you to avoid paying new application fees and repeating entry/exit inventories.

I'm moving to another city for my studies or internship. Are there benefits if I book another property residence?

If you are already a resident and want to book another residence, file fees may be waived depending on the residence, as long as there is no gap between contracts (subject to availability). To find out if your future residence offers this, contact the residence manager directly.

How long does it take to get my security deposit back?

The legal timeframe for refunding the security deposit is one month from the end date of the notice period (if the exit inventory matches the entry inventory). If charges apply, the refund may take up to two months.
