Greenpoint Home is one vibrant student accommodation in New York offering a wide range of stylish shared and private rooms. Greenpoint Home is a historic Brooklyn structure nestled among brownstones and tree-lined streets with an industrial ambience that has been transformed into up-and-coming art and cultural centre. CUNY Hunter College is only a 13-minute drive away, and the City University of New York is also close, making it ideal student accommodation.

Features

There are four rooms in all, with a communal kitchen, living space, and co-work space upstairs and downstairs. You can choose between a private room and a three-person shared room. The upper private bedroom includes a huge walk-in closet, while the downstairs private bedroom includes a sitting space with a dresser and wardrobe. The second choice is a large and roomy shared three-person room with individual closets, queen-sized beds, and bedside tables with lights. To guarantee optimal comfort, all bedrooms feature a window, designer accents, and hardwood flooring, and are open and light-filled.

Location and What's Hot?

Greenpoint Home is on the Williamsburg border and within walking distance of many Williamsburg destinations. Greenpoint has a traditional village atmosphere as well as a developing art and entertainment scene. Along the East River Waterfront, old warehouses have been turned into artist studios, with vistas of busy Manhattan in the background. Greenpoint's character is enhanced by tree-lined streets, family-owned shops, ancient brownstones, active nightlife, bookstores, record stores, vintage boutiques, Polish restaurants, gourmet delis, and outdoor areas.

Commute

Additionally, you may take a 5-minute stroll to Lorimer Street/Driggs Av and tour adjacent neighbourhoods, or catch a bus at a local stop that is only a short walk away from the property, and several Cabs and taxi services are also available for quick transportation.
