Proof of income is required for all applicants/guarantors with income. Applicants/guarantors with income must provide the 3 most recent forms of income/paystubs.
Administrative Fee - $225.00
Applicant will have 48 hours to cancel reservation and receive a full refund of Security Deposit and Administration Fee. A full refund of Security Deposit and Administration Fee will be processed if Applicant or Co-Applicant is denied. The Security Deposit can be retained by them as liquidated damages if you fail to sign your lease contract within 7 days or fail to attempt to cancel within 48 hours of application.
All applicants must sign the Lease Contract and accompanying documents within 7 days of receiving the Lease Contract and Additional Documents. Security deposits, if any, are due at the time of lease signing. Only management may reserve the right to change the move-in date, the rate is subject to change if the date is adjusted.
