Not a pet, bit Emotional Support Animals (ESA's) are welcome! There is special Accommodations Form that can be filled out during the application process where you can submit documentations to register your ESA to stay with you.

How far is property to campus?

Just a couple songs if your headphones are in! They're 6 minutes from the heart of the TMU campus, 20min to UofT & OCADU, 15min to George Brown and 8 minutes to CMU College.

How do I pay my housing instalments?

Housing fees can be paid via pre-authorized debit, online banking or wire transfer.

What do my housing instalment cover?

Housing fee, utilities, wifi, bi-weekly in suite cleaning, access to all events, workshops, amenities including 24 hour gym, fitness studio and all fitness classes.

What is a guarantor and who can be one?

An individual who will take on financial responsibility on your behalf if needed. Guarantor can be domestic or international and credit checks are not required.

How do I secure my suite?

Housing confirmations are done on a first come basis! To secure a space, submit an application through at portal, and accept your housing offer by making your initial housing installment payment.

Do you offer accessible suites?

Yes! Property have a limited number of wheelchair accessible suites located on various floor in the 4-bedroom suite style. There is a special Accommodation Form that can be filled out during the application process where you can submit documentation to let us know any special accommodations (accessible, medical or otherwise) you need.

What do I need to bring with me?

Just you personal belongings! Your suites is move in ready.

What appliances/furniture is in my suite?

A lot! Your bedroom includes bed, desk & desk chair, a 2-drawer dresser and a 4-drawer dresser. The common area in the suite has a couch, coffee table, TV console (TV not included!), and a table & chairs or stools for the counter.

When will I find out my roommate?

Current Homies who apply by June 1st and new homies who apply by July 1st will be able to self select roommate through their roommate matching program! Already moving in with a friend in mind? You'II be able to just search their name and select them once the roommate self selection becomes available.  

What if something needs to be fixed in my suite?

Their maintenance team in on it! They are available to attend that needs a little TLC.  

Is there parking?

Yes! Underground parking is available to residents or guests for an additional fee.

Where do I pick up mail?

Property have designated mailbox and parcel lockers in the lobby  for you  to pick up any deliveries.

How will I know when there are evengts?

Follow us on online applications to always know what's going at property! Check out monthly event posters on every floor (right by the elevator button), their newsletters and display screen foe weekly events invites.

Does property provides proof of residence?

Yes! Available for download through your property portal as soon as space is confirmed.

Can I work at property?

Yes! Student staff positions are available each year! Positions include residence Advisors, Services Desk Agents, Content Curator, Digital Assistant, Videographer and property special squad. Follow us online application for updates on student staff job positions.

How can I get around?

Property are located right by TTC streetcars, subway and bus routes as well as 15min away from Toronto's Union Station, which connects the city to all over Ontario (and the rest Canada).

Yes! Property have a self selection roommate matching process available to all new students who apply by July 1st.

Does my child need to bring anything at property?

Just their personal belongings! Their suites are move-in ready and you can find a full list of what's included in each suite here.

Is your building secure?

At property property place the highest priority on the safety and security of their residents. This in enforced with 24/7 reception, overnight security, and their live-in staff. In case of emergency, there are security, maintenance, and professional staff members on-call 24/7.

Property will try their absolute best to meet your students need! There is a Special Accommodation Form that can be filled  out during the application process. This lets us know any special accommodations (accessible, medical or otherwise) your student needs so property can support accordingly.

Housing fee are paid in instalments under a set schedule based on accommodation dates and suite style.

The property office open Monday - Friday 10am - 5pm with their service desk is open 24/7 with drop in hours available from 1pm - 3pm.
