The room was comfortable and clean. The view from the balcony looking out over the city was as you see in all of the photos. The location is good; close to public transport and walking distance from downtown. Came across this property on amber and they also helped with booking process and paperwork.

Pearson Housing has been one of the best housing agencies I have dealt with. They are extremely helpful and very straightforward. Efe was the person in charge and he would deal with any issues right away (there were hardly any) and has been very professional. The roommates are great and the place is very clean. The apartment amenities are exceptional and the neighborhood is very convenient for late-night food, groceries, etc. It's also a great place to walk around as liberty village is only a few blocks away. Highly recommended for newcomers in Canada and also for young professionals. Just contact them if you are planning to live around downtown for a reasonable price and don't look elsewhere.

best choice I have made the best residence I've ever been !! I’m really happy and satisfied it’s been now six months and I couldn’t be happier to live in a safe residence, a beautiful room, and more specifically a spacious room not like the other residences here in Toronto you pay a fortune for a ridiculously small room you can barely fit in. Whereas living at Pearson housing you have a very spacious room a large closet a smart tv and everything else, not to mention how big the apartment is !! Couldn’t be more satisfied! And I’m looking to stay here for years! I also wanna give credit to the people working at Pearson, they will always be here for you if you have any problem or any concerns they will be here for you this is something lots of resistances lack, before I came here I stayed at different residences where they don't care about you if something happens no one will ever reply whereas here at Pearson they will always be for you. Hope everyone reads this honest review and takes it into consideration
