Yes, all apartments at Lark have a furniture package that includes a full XL bed, dresser, desk and chair in each bedroom, a sofa, coffee table, entertainment stand and HDTV in each living room. Is Lark open to non-students?

Nearly all the residents at Lark are students at University of Central Florida and the per-person contracts are also designed with students in mind. Lark is an Equal Opportunity housing provider and welcomes applications from non-students and residents with children, at no extra cost other than regular charges for each bedroom space selected by the resident. In order to match roommates in shared apartments with college students, roommate consent is required for any occupant who is not a college student.

What kind of safety and security are provided?

Lark has fire sprinklers, electronic access for the community and individually locking bedroom doors. Community courtesy patrols are provided at select times. Management staff are also on-site and can be reached by a 24-hour phone number.

What are the policies on pets, smoking and guests?

Lark Central Florida is a no-pets community. The community is smoke-free in all indoor and adjacent areas. Guests are welcome at all times, subject to the consent of roommates and security considerations. Overnight guests are welcome, with limits on the number of days and guests.

Can I park my vehicle at Lark?

Lark offers optional reserved parking in a parking lot or covered garage, for an additional charge. Limited guest parking is also available.

What other transportation options will I have?

Lark is located one mile from the UCF campus, and is served by a free, dedicated UCF shuttle bus that runs to and from Millican Hall every 15 minutes from 6:30am to 10pm on weekdays when school is in session. Three Lynx bus lines also stop just across the street from Lark.
