Pay In Instalment

<p><strong>Rent can be paid on the following basis: -</strong></p> <p><strong>1. One installment</strong>: If you choose to pay a single instalment for the entire amount, that single instalment is <strong>due September 1st</strong></p> <p><strong>2. Two instalments</strong>: If you decide to pay in two-semester instalments, those instalments are <strong>due September 1st and March 1st.</strong></p> <p><strong>3. Twelve instalments</strong>: &nbsp;If you decide to pay in twelve installments, the first installment is <strong>due on September 1st </strong>and the remaining <strong>eleven instalments </strong>are due on the <strong>1st </strong>of the next eleven months</p>

<p>Credit/Debit card &amp; Bank transfer</p>

Guarantor Requirement

<p>1. A guarantor is required to book a room with the property.</p> <p>2. If you do not have a guarantor you will have to pay a guarantor waiver fee and an additional deposit of 1-2 month's rent.</p>

Additional Fees

<p>Application Fee: $50.00</p> <p>Dual Occupancy: $300 for the second person per month</p>

Cooling Off Period

<p>1. For <strong>1x1, 2x2 and 3x3</strong> floor plans, there is a termination fee of<strong> 2 months of rent </strong>with a <strong>60-day notice.</strong></p> <p>2. For <strong>4x4 </strong>units there is<strong> no cancellation policy</strong> unless the tenancy is taken over by a replacement tenant.</p>
