A. **Stays Under 28 Nights.** If a Guest desires to shorten its stay and requests an earlier check out date, the following rules will apply:
- If guest gives less than 72 hours notice of departure, no refund will be given for the unused nights.
- If guest gives less then 7 days notice of departure, 50% of total Room Fee for unused nights will be refunded.
- If guest gives less than 14 days notice of departure, 75% of total Room Fee for unused nights will be refunded.
- If guest gives at least 14 days notice of departure, a full refund will be provided on the unused nights.
B. **Stays 28 Nights and Over.** If a Guest desires to shorten its stay and requests an earlier check out date, the following rules will apply. If request is made within:
- If guest gives less than 7 days notice of departure, no refund will be given for the unused nights.
- If guest gives less then 14 days notice of departure, 50% of total Room Fee for unused nights will be refunded.
