What If I have a disability or special requirement?

They have accessible rooms available at all their residences, so they want to make sure that everyone is able to have a safe and comfortable stay with them, so please let them know about any medical information or disabilities on your application.

Can I stay for summer or just semester?

Yes – all of their property’s offer summer stays. They also offer semester stays; however, availability depends on the residence and the time of year.

Who can live at property in spain?

Property is home away from home to all students from any university and any country in the world, and they even have flex-living communities home to students, young professionals, and digital nomads where non-students are welcome to stay with them. There are a few requirements you need to meet in order to stay with them. You need to prove that you are at least one of the following: • a student who is taking a full-time course in the city where they are based • a student on an organised study-abroad programme • a student enrolled full-time in a language school • a student conducting a work placement course as part of a degree-granting programme You’re able to book from the age of 16 at the time of check-in, however they do ask that you supply us with an indemnity form and comply with their under 18-year-old policy.

Are kitchen essentials included in my room?

Kitchen essentials aren’t included in your room as they tend to be personal items. However, they've partnered so you can purchase everything you’ll need for your room and have it ready for you upon arrival.

Will I have internet in my room?

Yes, they have high speed Wi-Fi throughout each property so you can be connected at all times. More information on how to connect will be provided upon your arrival and this is included in your rent, so you do not need to pay for it.

What are the guests policies at property?

They do allow day and night guests, however, for your own safety and security, there are a few guest policies in place.

Will my room be cleaned?

For 24-25 bookings, bi-weekly cleaning services are included in your stay.

Are any additional services not included?

They work hard to make sure that pretty much everything is included in your stay. Just so it’s clear, the below items are not included in your rent: 1. They have vending machines in some of their properties. All snacks and drinks within the vending machines will be at your own cost. 2. You can pay for your laundry on a pay-as-you-go basis. 3. You can book extra room cleans at reception for a set fee. 4. They have a TULU machine in their receptions for you to rent all sorts of handy equipment, from snacks and gaming consoles, to hoovers and irons. If you’d like any kitchen equipment during your stay, you can buy this, by contacting them.

Do you have laundry facilities?

They have laundry rooms in all their properties. You’ll have 24-hour access to washers; dryers and some sites will have ironing boards available. Prices for a wash and dry can be found in your Welcome Book which you’ll receive upon checking-in. For any other questions on laundry, speak to the team as they’ll be happy to help.

What happens If I lose my keys?

When moving in, you will receive your physical key card or access to a mobile key for your room, access to the building. If you do lose your physical keycard, please let them know right away for security reasons. You will be charged for a replacement, which the residence team can arrange for you.

When is the reception open?

Reception is open 24 hours a day, they also have cameras and security checks. Unlike the reception, the terrace is open from 9.00am to 11.00pm and the cafeteria from 8.00am to 10.00pm. Ask your residence team for more information on the opening hours of all our common spaces.

Is the gym free to use?

Many of their properties have gyms onsite which can be accessed free of charge 24/7, so you are welcome to work out whenever you feel like it. Upon check-in, they do require that you complete a gym induction to ensure you’re comfortable using all of the equipment.

Are you able to sublet your room to a friend if you no longer need it?

No, you are not permitted to sublet any part of your accommodation, as per your accepted Temporary Lease Agreement, Hosting Agreement, or Apart Hotel Temporary Agreement. If you need to move out early, you should contact the reception team to discuss the option of a tenancy takeover.

I am going to travel and will not be around for a few days, should I let reception know?

Please let them know if you plan to be away for more than a couple of days for safety purposes.

What happens if my light bulb needs replacing or something breaks?

Their maintenance teams are available five days a week to help with any issues or questions. They’re also available for any emergencies during the weekends. If you do experience any maintenance issues during your stay, simply raise a ticket in the property App. The team will update you on the progress of the job and book a time with you for accessing your room. You will receive access to the property App before you move in to your property.

If I get sick, what should I do?

They do not have a resident doctor and they can’t provide you with any medication. If you have an illness or intolerance, please inform the restaurant management team directly so they can ensure any catering you have booked aligns with your dietary requirements.

Am I able to bring my bike?

They encourage everyone to bring their bikes to university as it makes for a much more environmentally friendly way to get around town. In fact, all of their properties have bike storage available. Simply speak to the team to book your space. Bikes are stored at your own risk. In no circumstances should bikes be stored in your room, corridor or in the communal space in the building.

If you’d like to move rooms, They’ll always try to accommodate it. Please do note that they can only offer room changes if there are rooms available to move into within the property residence and there is an understandable reason for wanting the change. Keep in mind that different rooms can be offered at varying prices. The rates are based on a number of things, like the size of the room, location in the building and its availability so it may be that you will have to pay a different rate to occupy another room. As terms and conditions may apply, please make sure you speak to them.

Are there specific times of the day can I move in?

To ensure you get the best check in experience, they will send out an email with different timeslots when it gets nearer to your check-in weekend, so you can book a time that’s suitable for you.
