Is a co-signer or financial guaranty required?

Within 7 days after a Housing Agreement is signed, each resident is required to do one of two things: provide a qualifying guarantor (often a parent), or pre-pay the final 2 installments.

This is by far the best apartment I've stayed at during my years at A&M. It's walking distance from campus, amazing staff, and everything you need is nearly 10 minutes within reach. The reasons I loved living here was mainly due to the distance to campus. With my scooter, it took me 10 minutes to get to west campus and 20 minutes walking to ILCB. Rooms are spacious enough to live comfortably.
