They have assigned parking for residents who chose parking in their application. Residents receive an Aspire-specific parking decal and a gate sensor tag to enter our garage on move-in day! Aspire also offers 24-hour visitor parking passes for your guests. Stop by our office during business hours, and They will gladly give you a 24-hour visitor parking pass. They have limited visitor parking available on the first floor of our parking garage, so They give out keys on a first-come, first-serve basis. There is also nearby paid parking if Aspire’s visitor parking is unavailable.

Do you do roommate matching?

Roommate matching is very popular in our community. They take This process very seriously so you can be comfortable in your home. You will answer our in-depth personality questions on our application so they can best match you with your future roommate and friend.

What if I don’t want to park at Property?

No problem! There are alternative parking options here in the Northgate District, which may be daily, semester, or annual-based contracts. Property is, however, unaffiliated with any other parking option you choose outside of our garage.

Do you have a bus route?

Due to our location just steps from Texas A&M University, they are not on a campus bus route. If your classes are located further than you wish to walk, never fear. They are conveniently located across the street from TAMU’s Shuttle Route 1 (Bonfire). Shuttles leave every 10 minutes from Asbury Water Tower.

Can I have a specific bedroom, on a specific floor, in a specific apartment?

The more specific you are regarding your preference, the better your chances of receiving what you want are! However, as hard as they try to get you what you prefer, they can not guarantee your preferences. The sooner you sign your lease, the better your opportunity to be the first to choose from all our incredible apartments.

Do you have community events for the residents to mingle and meet?

Property hosts frequent resident events! These are great opportunities to get to know your neighbors, the staff, and your community. Make sure you follow us on social media to see what they’re planning next!

Do you provide a meal plan?

Property does not provide meal plans for the residents. Each resident is provided with a fully equipped kitchen, allowing them to make some of their favorite dishes at any time. They are also steps away from a variety of dining options! They also have on-site dining options such as Which Wich Superior Sandwiches, Fajita Pete’s, and Bubble Tea.

What is the difference between Terrace, Skyline and Penthouse premiums?

All of our floorplans are the same size; however, Terrace, Skyline, and Penthouse primarily differ due to the floor level of the apartments. Floors 7-9 are our Terrace apartments. Floors 10-14 are the skyline apartments. Last but not least, our Penthouse apartments are on the 15th floor. Beyond just the breathtaking views overlooking College Station from the comfort of your apartment, our Penthouse upgrades include a maroon accent wall in the living room space, subway tile backsplash in the kitchen space, and exclusive access to the Skydeck Lounge on level 15, overlooking the Northgate District.
