I have lived here for the past 2 years and I think that this apartment complex is one of the nicest in College Station. The staff is always very helpful and very friendly. They have many events for the residents every month and we always get free food and free stuff. The apartments are great for the price you pay. I highly recommend this place if you're new to the area.

Great place to live. Rent is very affordable compared to other apartments in the town, especially with the amenities they provide. If I've ever had any issues, the front office staff has always been really helpful with helping me out. When I moved in, the apartment had an issue but within 10 minutes they sent a crew out to fix it. The new management has been great, especially the leasing manager Mr. Josh Pulido! I believe they are doing some awesome renovations in the clubhouse, so that will be really cool. You should definitely try this one if you are in College Station.

I’ve lived at a few different apartments over the past few years and this has been the best experience. The maintenance guys are super quick and seem like they really care and the office staff are all so nice. They always ask me how I’m doing and seem to care about my living experience. Definitely not the newest apartments and not luxury living by any means but everything is well taken care of and you get good value for your money. Also can’t beat the pool.
