Property is a pet-friendly community and a pet-parent’s paradise! All cats and dogs are welcome with NO breed or weight restrictions and a 2-pet maximum per apartment home. Pets require a one time, non-refundable deposit of $350 and $25 per month.
You will need to pay an administration fee (non-refundable) of $100 and an application fee (non-refundable) of $50 at the time of booking.

60 Day Written Notice to Vacate is required. If 4 or less months are left in the lease (after the 60-day notice), the equivalent of 1 month rent is due as a lease break fee. If 5- 8 months are left in the lease (after the 60-day notice), the equivalent of 2 months’ rent is due as a lease break fee. If 9 or more months are left in the lease (after the 60-day notice), then the equivalent of 3 months’ rent is due as a lease break fee. The lease break fee is due by or on the date that keys are turned in. If this is not paid, lessee will be held responsible for the rest of the lease term.
