What are my rent and additional fees?

They have an all-inclusive price policy, meaning no utility fees, internet charges, or additional bills. Additionally, there are no broker fees and NO MEMBERSHIP FEE.

Unlike most others, we offer one honest all-inclusive monthly fee.

However, as a renter with SharedEasy, you are responsible for a Utilities and Amenities fee of $150 per month.

The good news is that if you pay your Monthly Rent Share before the 7th day of each month, SharedEasy will waive this fee.

Our official check-in time from 12 pm to 6 pm.

-Early Check-in: From 10 am may be possible free of charge with prior confirmation, subject to availability.
-Late Check-in: From 6 pm to 9 pm will incur an additional fee of $20.
-Late Evening check-in: From 9 pm to 12 am is a $40 fee.
-Night Check-in: Check-in between 12 am and 10 am may not always be possible, but if it is, there will be a night check-in fee of $80.

Fee of $50 will apply for any relocation between the rooms.

Do you have the regular application process as the residential apartment does?

No. They simplified this process as easy as possible. Of course, They have a background check for safety reasons, but we do not require much paperwork about your income, savings, and guarantors. They guarantee the easiest application process ever if you don’t have anything to hide.

Do you have any alternatives for a security deposit?

Yes, They do have a Deposit Free Living Program to help offset the up-front cost to rent and you don’t need to freeze the big amount while you are living at Shared Easy.

What type of payment do you accept?

They accept all major credit and debit cards, including American Express or ACH Payment via Bank Transfer for the first months and deposit. Starting the second month we ask that you switch to ACH Payment via Bank Transfer as a default payment method. You still can request payment with your credit card, but a convenience fee of 4% will be added to your invoice.
