There is a bus stop located adjacent to the property, the bus is free and goes to campus and throughout Lawrence.

Are there any miscellaneous fees?

Foxen renter’s insurance is $14 monthly or they can provide their own renter’s insurance, Rentistry credit builder is $8 and can be opted out of, Valet Trash is $5 and cannot be opted out of. Pets are welcome with a $150 pet fee and $30 monthly pet rent. Reserved parking is available for $75-100 monthly. At move in there is a billing fee of $60 for utilities and a $75 technology fee. Depending on room selection there is a $10 third floor premium, $10 pool view premium and $15 private bath premium (some 3 and 4 bedroom rooms).
