You may cancel your booking based on the timeline below. Applicable charges will be deducted depending on when the cancellation request is made: Within 7 days of booking: No charge; full refund issued. 1. Up to 1 month before the planned arrival date: 50% of the booking fee will be charged. 2. Up to 15 days before the planned arrival date: 100% of the booking fee will be charged. 3. Up to 7 days before the anticipated start date: 100% of the application fee and ½ month's rent will be charged. 4. In the event of a visa refusal, the following cancellation policy applies.
