Pay In Instalment

<p>Rent is due in every <strong>4 weeks</strong>.</p>

Guarantor Requirement

<p>1. The property accept both local and international guarantors.</p> <p>2. The guarantor must be a financially stable individual, typically a parent, guardian, or relative. They should be able to demonstrate a stable income and good credit history.</p> <p><br></p> <p><strong>Please note:</strong> The guarantor must provide the following documents at the time of booking:</p> <p>A. Identification: A copy of the guarantor's government-issued ID (e.g., passport, driver's license).</p> <p>B. Proof of Income: Recent pay stubs, tax returns, or a letter from their employer confirming their employment and salary.</p> <p>C. Credit Report: A recent credit report to demonstrate their creditworthiness.</p> <p>D. Guarantor Agreement: A signed guarantor agreement form, which the property will provide, outlining their responsibilities.</p>

Additional Fees

<p>The property may charge a certain amount as <strong>one time placement fee </strong>at the time of booking.</p>

Cooling Off Period

<p><strong>1. More than 60 Days Before Move-in</strong> Guests who cancel their booking more than 60 days before the scheduled move-in date will receive a 100% refund. This flexibility supports our guests' changing needs while providing hosts enough time to find new bookings.</p> <p><strong>2. Within 60 Days of Move-in</strong> If a cancellation occurs within 60 days of the move-in date, the first month's rent is charged, and the remaining months are refunded. This clause is essential for compensating hosts for their potential loss of income due to late cancellations, while still offering guests some level of refundability for longer bookings.</p> <p><strong>3. During the Stay if 60 Days Notice is Given</strong>: Guests must pay for just one additional month’s rent if they provide at least 60 days' notice before leaving earlier than initially planned. This notice period is crucial for hosts to effectively manage their property and minimize disruptions.</p> <p><strong>4. If Less Than 60 Days Notice is Given:</strong> Guests who do not provide a 60-day notice will be responsible for the full amount of the originally scheduled stay. This policy underlines the importance of commitment and the impacts of unexpected changes on hosts.</p> <p><strong>5. Shorter than 30 Days Bookings</strong> All bookings with a duration shorter than 30 days are non-refundable. This policy reflects the increased risk and reduced timeframe hosts have to rebook their properties.</p>

Extenuating Circumstances

<p>In cases of unforeseen events that necessitate cancellation, documentation will be required, and cases will be evaluated individually to ensure a fair response by the property.</p>
