To move out and terminate the lease, you are required to find a suitable replacement and pay a reassignment fee of $750.

No tours available on site (no model or vacant units), residents can schedule in person appointments with the office either through the website (direct link on the home page) or by calling their office. theyshow floor plans and photos during the appointment.

24 hours (except for weekend applications, office is closed on Saturdays and Sundays).
Is there a specific intake period for the property?
UCSB hosts a tour/information event each year in November for new students, that is when the first and busiest housing fair is each year. Fall semester starts 9/22/24.

Scattered site, with office located at one of the buildings (6563 Trigo). Each unit has a different layout (more or less) so all floor plans, pricing and furniture differ unit to unit.
