Booking Deposit

<p>A <strong>Booking Deposit </strong>of <strong>$350.00 </strong>and <strong>Application fee</strong> (non-refundable)&nbsp;of<strong> $75.00</strong> is required to be paid at the time of booking.</p>

Security Deposit

<p>1. You will be required to pay a certain amount as a security deposit at the time of booking.</p> <p>2. The amount of security deposit will vary from property to property.</p>

Pay In Instalment

<p>1. <strong>Full </strong>Payment</p> <p>2. Students can also pay in <strong>12 </strong>equal monthly installments, paid in advance, if they have a <strong>U.S.-based guarantor</strong>.</p> <p>3. Also, students can opt for installment plans if they apply through a third-party guarantor service, such as <strong>Leap</strong>.</p>

Mode Of Payment

<p>Online check, card or money order payment through ResidentPortal.</p>

Guarantor Requirement

<p>If an applicant does not meet the income or credit history requirements, they must have a guarantor who does. The guarantor must meet the income and qualifying credit history standards. If no personal guarantor qualifies, applicants can apply with Leap, a third-party cosigner service, which requires a one-time fee.</p>

Additional Fees

<p>Administrative Fee - $200.00</p>

Cooling Off Period

<p>Applicant will have 48 hours to cancel reservation and receive a full refund of Security Deposit and Administration Fee. A full refund of Security Deposit and Administration Fee will be processed if Applicant or Co-Applicant is denied. The Security Deposit can be retained by them as liquidated damages if you fail to sign your lease contract within 7 days or fail to attempt to cancel within 48 hours of application.</p> <p><br></p> <p><strong>Note:</strong> Application fees are non-refundable under any circumstance.</p>
