Your lease does have an insurance policy associated with it; however, this policy will only cover landlord issued items. They recommend acquiring your own policy with a third-party company as it is generally inexpensive and will protect your belongings as well as landlord issued items. How do I receive mail and packages at The 9 UCF?

There are three ways to receive mail or packages at the property. Their Amazon Hub accepts packages from all carriers and a majority of package will be delivered directly to the Hub. All mail will be delivered to the office and then sorted into your mailbox that you share with your roommates. Oversized packages will be delivered to the office and are available for pick-up during office hours. They do not have the ability to store perishable items.
