I have lived at The Greenpoint for 2 years now and I really love the building! When I had first moved in, The staff is extremely friendly and the management team is always pleasant to work with. Any issue I have had has been acknowledged and resolved in a timely manner. The location of the building is also great! The neighborhood has a lot to do, and the ferry stop is extremely close.
