Booking Deposit

<p>An <strong>Application fee</strong> (non-refundable)&nbsp;of<strong> $60.00</strong> is required to be paid at the time of booking.</p>

Security Deposit

<p>A US$300 security deposit is required, refundable subject to lease terms and check-out condition.</p> <p>Paid at move-in, refunded upon move-out if no damage or outstanding charges exist; amount may vary on screening (never exceeds legal maximum)</p>

Pay In Instalment

<p>1. <strong>Full </strong>Payment</p> <p>2. Students can also pay in <strong>12 </strong>equal monthly installments, paid in advance, if they have a <strong>U.S.-based guarantor</strong>.</p> <p>3. Also, students can opt for installment plans if they apply through a third-party guarantor service, such as <strong>Leap</strong>.</p>

Mode Of Payment

<p>Accepts credit cards, debit cards, ACH bank transfers, and online portal payments.<br> <br> <br> Rental payments can be made monthly; individual leases mean each student pays only for their private space.<br> <br> <br> Parents/guarantors can pay on behalf of students using the online portal.</p>

Guarantor Requirement

Cooling Off Period

<p>Applications can be cancelled before lease signing for a refund of any holding fees if written notice is provided within 24 hours of approval.​<br> Twenty-four (24) hours after acceptance to cancel without penalty; after this, holding fees become non-refundable.​<br> Conditional Cancellation: Cancellations may be allowed if the applicant fails background/credit screening or doesn’t meet asset criteria; documentation must be provided for review.​</p>
