The following fees apply during the leasing process: Application Fee: $50 Administrative Fee: $199 per unit If a PPA is required for approval, an advance rent payment equivalent to 2 months’ rent must be paid.
Rent is payable on a monthly basis, with payments due on the 1st of each month.
Payments can be made via debit card, money order, or cashier’s check.
The property accepts both domestic guarantors and approved third-party guarantor services.
The installment includes:
• Premium Wi-Fi Internet
• Fully furnished units
• Full-size washer & dryer
• Wall-mounted 50” Smart Television
• Water, sewer, and pest control services
Plus, access to on-site amenities and attentive, on-call staff.
The following items are not included in the installment:
• Mitigated Risk Property Insurance – Mitigated Risk Property Insurance is required for all residents. Residents may provide their own third-party insurance or opt into the landlord-provided rental insurance for $13/month. Residents will automatically be enrolled unless proof of qualifying third-party insurance is provided as described in the lease.
• Utilities – Electricity is sub-metered and billed monthly via a third-party billing service.
Optional add-ons:
• Pet rent – $25 per month
One-time fees include:
• Utility setup fee (non-refundable) – $66. This is an annual registration fee billed by the utility provider to set up utilities and is not due until after move-in.
• Pet fee – A non-refundable pet fee of $150 applies.
The application fee is due when the application is submitted. All other fees are due at move-in.
