If applicants do not have a guarantor & will pay a deposit – If you do not qualify on your own or do not have a guarantor, you can pay a deposit equal to two months of rent. If applicants do not have a guarantor & will apply using the Guarantor Waiver Program (GWP) – If you do not qualify on your own, do not have a guarantor, or are not able to pay a deposit, you can qualify using the GWP. This is a monthly fee, requires no up-front costs, and is an instant approval with a student status. If applicants do not have a guarantor & can self-qualify – If you have qualifying credit and income per our rental criteria, you can be approved for the lease on your own.
