Welcome to their Williamsburg student-only extended stay hotel. These brand new beautiful studios were built with the college student in mind. Each unit is 300 SF and is purposely designed with custom space-saving furniture, high ceilings and large windows with city views that fill the room with natural light. In addition, each double occupancy studio has an en-suite bathroom with a custom kitchenette equipped with a bar sink, microwave, and a refrigerator. The unit provides ample storage, including two closets, two desks, additional underbed storage, and a floor-to-ceiling privacy wall separating the two beds.

Located in one of NYC's safest and most student-friendly neighborhoods, within close proximity to popular restaurants, retail, and cultural venues, as well as a wide range of transit options. Getting anywhere is easy! You can get to Union Square within 10 mins, Downtown within 15 mins, and the Financial District within 20 mins. The nearest subways include: L Train – Bedford (4 min walk), L & G Trains – Lorimer St. & Metropolitan St., and the J, M, Z Trains – Marcy Ave.
