Cancellation before 8:00 PM EST on the day before move-in: prepaid dues and move-in fee are refunded, minus a $100 cancellation fee; $25 of this fee goes to the Host.Cancellation after 8:00 PM EST on the day before move-in: the first week of dues is non-refundable. Additional dues paid beyond the first 7 days are refunded; the move-in fee is non-refundable. Early termination by students

Additional Fees
