Step 4: Application review and decision making

  • UG applicants typically wait 2-4 months for a response.

  • PG applicants often receive decisions within 1 month, though this can extend during peak periods.

Step 5: Conditional offer, unconditional offer, or rejection letters issued
You’ll receive one of:

  • Conditional offer (pending final exam results/document submission)

  • Unconditional offer (your place is confirmed)

  • Rejection

Step 6: Provide documentary evidence to meet conditions
Submit transcripts, degree certificates, language test scores, etc. Consolidate multiple documents into a single PDF (≤10 MB) if required. 

Step 7: If required, pay a deposit to secure your place
Some programmes require a non-refundable deposit via Applicant Self-Service after receiving an offer.
