Cancellation Policies

Early termination by students

If you want to terminate your contract early, then you need to inform the property team 30 days in advance.

Room allocation

Students can indicate specific room number or location preferences during the booking process, and the Amber team will accommodate these preferences wherever possible, based on availability.

Check in guide

Approximately 2–4 weeks prior to the scheduled move-in date, students will receive check-in instructions via email. This communication will include the steps required to select a check-in date and time slot, complete necessary documentation, and settle any outstanding payments prior to arrival.In case of any questions or queries, please feel free to contact the Amber team, and our team will assist to ensure a smooth check-in process.

Renewal policy

Students who wish to extend their stay can contact the Amber team for renewal or rebooking at the same accommodation. Our team will support the renewal process and help students secure a suitable room of their choice. Students are encouraged to reach out early to ensure they can rebook the same room or another room of their choice at the same property.

Early check in policy

Early check-in requests can be shared in advance with the Amber team. Our team will do a feasibility check to facilitate early check-in requests based on room readiness and availability. Additional charges may apply where applicable.

Payment and Fees

Security Deposit

1. You need to pay 300 euro pro-rated part down payment within 10 working days of your booking to hold the unit for you. 2. This part down payment is non refundable in case you do not wish to proceed ahead with the booking. 3. The balance of the down payment 850 euros is to be paid to the management upon completion of a successful application.

You need to pay the first month's rent in full, in advance, before you move in to the property.

Can I see the property before I commit?

For their longer stays, of course! PMG is proud of what we’ve created, so showing it off is not a problem.
For shorter stays – you can see, experience and book your stay online – sometimes it’s the quickest, easiest and most cost effective way to stay with us.

Are pets permitted? If so, is there a fee?

PMG loves pets, but like thrash metal, not everyone does. Some of their stays are ideal for pets and They clearly label the accommodations that are pet friendly.

How can I pay?

You can pay in one go, monthly, or by the night. They have options that work alongside how you wish to stay. These options are clearly stated for each individual type of apartment.

What documents do I need to provide?

They only require the minimum. For longer stays, you will need more documentation compared to their shorter stays. PMG will walk you through the process and inform you as to which documents are required as you move through to book a stay with us.

Is parking available onsite or nearby?

Some of their buildings offer parking, bike storage, car-sharing and e-scooters to keep you mobile. This does depend on the city and the building you wish to stay in. PMG will clearly label the parking options available before you book.

Are the units accessible for guests with disabilities?

PMG appreciates diversity and embraces inclusion. They clearly label which units are accessible, so that everyone feels welcome.

Where can I smoke?

PMG allocates designated smoking spaces that are clearly signposted for those who smoke. Every building is as different as every customer, so please check the specific apartment information on smoking.
