Cooling Off Period

A 48-hour cooling-off period is available.

Early termination by students

If you want to terminate your contract early, then you need to inform the property team 30 days in advance.

No Visa No Pay

Cancellation may be permitted if the student's visa is denied, The visa denial must be justified.

Extenuating Circumstances

Cancellation may be permitted in cases of major family or health issues.

Room allocation

Students can indicate specific room number or location preferences during the booking process, and the Amber team will accommodate these preferences wherever possible, based on availability.

Check in guide

Approximately 2–4 weeks prior to the scheduled move-in date, students will receive check-in instructions via email. This communication will include the steps required to select a check-in date and time slot, complete necessary documentation, and settle any outstanding payments prior to arrival.In case of any questions or queries, please feel free to contact the Amber team, and our team will assist to ensure a smooth check-in process.

Renewal policy

Students who wish to extend their stay can contact the Amber team for renewal or rebooking at the same accommodation. Our team will support the renewal process and help students secure a suitable room of their choice. Students are encouraged to reach out early to ensure they can rebook the same room or another room of their choice at the same property.

Early check in policy

Early check-in requests can be shared in advance with the Amber team. Our team will do a feasibility check to facilitate early check-in requests based on room readiness and availability. Additional charges may apply where applicable.

Paiement et frais

Security Deposit

A one-month security deposit is required for stays longer than 30 nights. The deposit is fully refundable and will be returned at the end of the stay after the room/apartment has been inspected and found to be in satisfactory condition.

Booking Deposit

You need to pay the first month's rent in full, in advance, before you move in to the property.

Mode Of Payment

Digital and recurring payment methods are accepted. With a Spanish bank account, rent can be paid via direct debit (SEPA). Without a Spanish bank account, rent can be paid via bank transfer between the 1st and 5th of each month. Most bookings are made and paid for online.

Pay In Instalment

For stays of up to 30 nights, payment is made in advance. For stays longer than 30 nights, a recurring payment arrangement is set up. The first month's rent is prorated.

Guarantor Requirement

The property only accept guarantors with income in the European Union. The other option is quarterly or advance payment.

Additional Fees

Out-of-hours key collection/check-in is available at an additional cost of €50, subject to staff availability. Additional cleaning services can be requested and may incur an extra charge.

Can I see the property before I commit?

For their longer stays, of course! PMG is proud of what we’ve created, so showing it off is not a problem.
For shorter stays – you can see, experience and book your stay online – sometimes it’s the quickest, easiest and most cost effective way to stay with us.

Are pets permitted? If so, is there a fee?

PMG loves pets, but like thrash metal, not everyone does. Some of their stays are ideal for pets and They clearly label the accommodations that are pet friendly.

How can I pay?

You can pay in one go, monthly, or by the night. They have options that work alongside how you wish to stay. These options are clearly stated for each individual type of apartment.

What documents do I need to provide?

They only require the minimum. For longer stays, you will need more documentation compared to their shorter stays. PMG will walk you through the process and inform you as to which documents are required as you move through to book a stay with us.

Is parking available onsite or nearby?

Some of their buildings offer parking, bike storage, car-sharing and e-scooters to keep you mobile. This does depend on the city and the building you wish to stay in. PMG will clearly label the parking options available before you book.

Are the units accessible for guests with disabilities?

PMG appreciates diversity and embraces inclusion. They clearly label which units are accessible, so that everyone feels welcome.

Where can I smoke?

PMG allocates designated smoking spaces that are clearly signposted for those who smoke. Every building is as different as every customer, so please check the specific apartment information on smoking.

PMG curates a range of events to enrich your experience. Example events include live gigs, wine tastings, community dinners and even silent discos. These vary by city and by building, so be sure to check out the information on events as you book.
