There are plenty of attractions in Bristol UK making it easy to find something to do whatever the weather. The city’s independent spirit and abundance of street art all add to the excitement of the city. You never know what you might find around the next corner!

With a great selection of shopping centres, chain stores and quirky independent shops, Bristol is a great place to shop. There is something for everyone, plus a host of pubs and cafes where you can rest up and enjoy some refreshment!

Nothing represents Bristol's independent spirit and quirky nature better than its variety of places to eat and the extraordinary range of market stalls around the city.

Bristol is a great place to visit on foot and everything you need is within easy reach. As well as walking, a fun way to get around Bristol is by boat and the Castle Park landing stage where you can pick up the local ferry is directly outside this apartment.

Cooling Off Period

The property management will use reasonable endeavors to accommodate your requests for alterations to your Booking, subject to the availability of accommodation: 1. If you wish to cancel the whole or any part of your Booking and you notify the property management in writing at least [30] days in advance of the commencement of the proposed Booking Term, a cancellation fee equivalent of 4 weeks’ rent will be charged, and your initial payment and the balance will be refunded (unless stated differe

You are to arrive at the Apartment no earlier than 3pm (except if stated differently) on the first day of your Booking Term and, unless otherwise agreed, you must leave by 11am on the last day of your Booking Term. If you fail to arrive by midnight on the first day of your Booking Term and do not advise the property management of a late arrival, they may treat your Booking as being cancelled by you and they shall be entitled to re-sell the Apartment for the same period.

Room allocation

Students can indicate specific room number or location preferences during the booking process, and the Amber team will accommodate these preferences wherever possible, based on availability.

Check in guide

Approximately 2–4 weeks prior to the scheduled move-in date, students will receive check-in instructions via email. This communication will include the steps required to select a check-in date and time slot, complete necessary documentation, and settle any outstanding payments prior to arrival.In case of any questions or queries, please feel free to contact the Amber team, and our team will assist to ensure a smooth check-in process.

Renewal policy

Students who wish to extend their stay can contact the Amber team for renewal or rebooking at the same accommodation. Our team will support the renewal process and help students secure a suitable room of their choice. Students are encouraged to reach out early to ensure they can rebook the same room or another room of their choice at the same property.

Early check in policy

Early check-in requests can be shared in advance with the Amber team. Our team will do a feasibility check to facilitate early check-in requests based on room readiness and availability. Additional charges may apply where applicable.

Payment and Fees

Booking Deposit

1. To book a room with the property, the student needs to make a non-refundable advance rent payment. 2. This payment depends on how prior to the check-in date, is the booking being made: (a) Day 3 - Day 14 prior check-in date - advance rent payment is 4 weeks rent. (b) Day 15 - Day 35 prior check-in date - advance rent payment is 2 weeks rent. (c) Day 36 and above prior to the check-in date - advance rent payment is 1 weeks rent. 3. This prepayment will be offset against your first or only instalment of rent.x`

The property allows 2 payment options: 1. Payment in full. 2. Payment in instalments.

Can only students stay at this property?

No, of course not - all are welcome. While we mostly host students with typically larger budgets we also have many working professionals and corporate clients seeking luxury apartments for their extended stays in London.

What is the minimum contract period?

The Property offers flexible contracts that are catered to student term times, and our minimum contract length is currently 3 months. Speak to us to get tailored quote for your chosen dates.

Does it seem expensive?

First and foremost let us begin by reiterating that we are not a provider of traditional student accommodation. Instead, we offer an upmarket alternative to those with higher budgets seeking a more private, luxurious stay for their studies. If you are looking for apartments under GBP 600 per week we probably won’t be able to assist you further with your accommodation search. Our rates are based on the quality, the location and the service of each apartment. We are at the upper end of the market price-wise, and you will of course be able to find cheaper accommodation alternatives with other providers - but these would not pass the qualifying criteria for this apartment.

Do I need a UK guarantor?

No.We appreciate that many of our guests are not from the UK, so we do not require UK guarantors.

Is bedding & linen provided?

Yes. 5 star hotel-standard bedding is provided. If you would like to bring your own let us know and we can make special arrangements.
