A refundable deposit of €1000 must be paid to secure your room. This deposit will be fully refunded by the property, provided the unit is returned in the same condition as it was handed over.

A one-time, non-refundable membership fee of €150 is charged by the property to cover the administrative expenses.
They use a key share box system, so you have the flexibility to move in when it fits you best. After signing the rental contract, you will receive an invitation to download their property member app where you can fill in your arrival day and time, and reach out to their community support team to arrange your move-in. Do you want to move in at short notice? Let them know and they will check when is the first possibility to move in. Do you want to move in in the middle of the month? In general, their contracts start on the first of the month and end on the last day of the month. If you want to move in this month still, they have the possibility to prorate your first month, so you don't pay for the full month. Let them know what your plan is and they would be happy to discuss the options.
