Payment and Fees
1. You need to pay 1 week’s rent in advance to secure your room with the property. 2. This will be offset against your first rental installment.
1. 2 Weeks of rent as bond needs to be paid at the time of move in. 2. The bond is lodged with Consumer and Business Services, a government trust that holds the funds during the tenancy period.
Rent can be paid weekly, fortnightly, or monthly in advance.
Debit/Credit card & bank transfer.
Property does not require you to have a guarantor to book a room.
