Cooling Off Period
A 48-hour cooling-off period applies from the time the holding deposit is paid, or until the tenancy agreement commences, whichever occurs first. During the cooling-off period, bookings may be cancelled by providing written notice to the property. The holding deposit will be refunded in full upon submission of the required Refund Form.

A tenant who has signed an Occupancy Agreement but has not yet moved in may withdraw from the agreement. A cancellation fee equivalent to one week's bond will be forfeited. - Contact management: Reach out to their support team between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM so they can assist you in contacting your flatmates or arrange for a team member to provide access. Please note that this unscheduled service may incur an additional charge.
- Call a locksmith: If options 1 and 2 are not available, you can always contact a locksmith. Please note that the cost of this service is to be covered by the requesting party.
