Rent must be paid in weekly or fortnightly installments, in advance.

What's included in weekly rent?
weekly rent is fully inclusive. It covers electricity, gas, water, unlimited high-speed WiFi, weekly cleaning of all communal areas, on-site maintenance, and full use of furnished bedrooms and shared spaces. There are no separate utility accounts to set up.
Do I need to bring furniture?
No. Every room is fully furnished with a quality bed, study desk, chair, wardrobe and storage. Communal kitchens come with appliances, cookware essentials and dining areas. Bring your suitcase and personal items — that's it.
