1. You need to pay AUD$500 (non-refundable) at the time of booking. 2. This will be offset against your first rental installment.
1. You need to pay 2 weeks rent at the time of booking to secure your room with the property. 2. This will be refunded to you at the end of your tenancy period less any deductions and pending charges.
Rent must be paid in weekly or fortnightly installments, in advance.
Dual Occupancy Charges :- Additional $200 for extra person. Secure parking is available for $20 per week
