  2. You may request a one-time deferral of your contract start date until Semester 2 2025, while keeping your current rental rate. Please note, that if you choose to defer and later decide to cancel, their “No Visa, No Offer, No Pay” option will not apply. Therefore, you are obliged to pay a 6-week termination fee for the cancelled contract.
  3. You may choose to cancel your contract and pay a 6-week termination fee.

Note: The cancellation request must include supporting documents and be received by the property 2 weeks before their occupancy term commencement date.

Replacement Tenant Accepted

If you wishes to cancel the agreement, you will be required to find a replacement occupant to take over the agreement. This will incur a cancellation/administration fee of 1 week’s rent.
