Buses to university campuses are just 100m from the property. The bus ride to Lancaster University campus is 25 minutes. The University of Cumbria campus is 25 minutes’ walk from the property.

What security features are there?

The property has CCTV and is accessed via key fob entry. There is also a double-entry system to student studios and an independent sprinkler system in event of fire. It is a safe, secure and peaceful environment to live in.

Is there a laundry onsite?

There is a commercial capacity washing machine and a commercial capacity tumble dryer in the communal laundry room which can be booked via a dedicated app. Clothes drying racks are provided in each studio.

How do I ask a question, report a comment or concern?

If you have questions, comments or concerns you can talk to them at reception Monday - Friday, or log them in the property app and one of the team will get back to you asap.

Is there a maintenance team?

Yes, there is a 24-hour maintenance team. If you have any maintenance issues just report them at reception or log them in the property app.

Can I recycle?

Yes, waste separation bins will be provided in each studio and in the communal kitchen area.

What do I need to provide myself?

Each purpose-built studio is fully-furnished and fully-equipped. Students will need to provide their own bedding, linen, towels, and personal effects. Any appliances not listed in this literature will not be provided as standard and should be purchased privately, if required.

Where can I store my bike?

Secure bike storage is provided on site accessed via external door and has capacity for 18 bikes. Electric bikes can be charged in designated areas. They must not be charged in studios or communal areas due to fire risk.
