If the Students is receiving student loan, Management can amend the dates for the installments and drop the 2% admin fee. For Shorts Stays If the booking is under 16 weeks the total rent needs to be paid in 8 weeks prior arrival (or as soon as possible prior arrival). If longer than 17 weeks, paying in 2 instalments might be an option.
