Cain International to Invest in the 5 student accommodation buildings by 2026

To solve the issue of the rising housing crisis in England, the real estate giant Cain International is planning on building 5 residences for the students.  Aiming to provide around 2389 beds to students across different parts of the cities, Cain International is planning on supporting the Fusion PBSA brand by investing in it. 

As per the latest PBSA news, Cain International and Olympians Homes plan to build 2 student housing complexes in Leeds and York. This 45-storey building, Arena Point, aims to be completed by 2026 and will provide students in Leeds with 660 beds. Not just this, if sources are to be believed, Arena Point could be the tallest student housing building in the world. 

In York, Rialto House aims to house 275 beds, which will be up by the 2025/26 academic year. One of the best things about Rialto House is its close proximity to the University of York. Both the student housing properties will offer students world-class amenities and facilities, including a gym, yoga studio, games room, co-working, group dining, and shared outdoor spaces.

Fusion will receive funding from Cain International to develop student accommodation in Liverpool, Nottingham, and Manchester. In Liverpool, the student property aims to provide students with 420 beds and is planning to deliver it by 2025/26; the best part about the Liverpool student housing is its location, which is just an eight-minute walk from the city centre. 

In Nottingham, a nine-storey building is being constructed, offering 522 beds. This project will be ready by quarter 3 of 2025. In Manchester, a 28-storey building is constructed, which will be ready by 2026/27. With adding 5 more buildings, we believe that the rising crisis of student accommodation in the UK will see some relief. These student housing projects will help students in the upcoming years by providing them with a home away from home.
