Construction has started on modern student accommodation development in Bath

In the latest student accommodation news, it has been revealed that construction has commenced on a student accommodation project situated along the bustling Lower Bristol Road in the historical city of Bath. As per UK News 2023, Real Construction Company and Alumno Group are collaborating on a £12.6 million project to construct the Hollis Building student accommodation in Bath. The student accommodation developers of this building will address the growing demand for student housing in Bath. As per PBSA news, the AWW Architects-crafted Hollis Building is a four-story structure that will be outfitted with more than 100 PBSA rooms. Additionally, a ground-floor commercial space is included. Moreover, eco-friendly components such as photovoltaic panels, green roofs, and a unique living wall have been incorporated.
