Management, concierge, and maintenance people are all very friendly, and neighbors are quiet. Nice location: 3 blocks away from Metro station and supermarket. Maintenance is very efficient: one time I asked them to fix my blinds, and another time my bathroom sink was clogged. Both times they came to fix it in less than a day.
