Is the Laundry facility available, if yes what are the charges?

If the apartment does not come with an in-unit washer and dryer, there will be a laundry room that is complimentary for tenants' usage. To clarify, the laundry machines arefree of charge.

Is Parking available, if yes what are the charges?

Property do not have any parking charges.

Do I need a guarantor for instalment payments? If yes, can they be an international guarantor? Also, do you accept third-party guarantor services such as Leap?

Property do not require a guarantor for 2-installments. However, for monthly payment options, tenants would need to procure 3rd party insurance at their own cost and clear the necessary credit checks carried out by the Management.

What is the guest policy followed at the property?

Generally speaking, They are quite flexible with our tenants having guests over during the day. Overnight guest is chargeable at$45 fee per day/per person.Additionally, we will also need a copy of their Government Issued ID (Driver's license for local and passport for international) as well as a statement to the length of the guest's stay in the apartment. Tenant must also note the maximum occupant allowed in the unit based on the apartment type they are renting.The management is also strict in implementing this policy to prevent any unauthorized person from entering the building for the safety and security of our tenants.
