Overnight guest is chargeable at$45 fee per day/per person.Additionally, we will also need a copy of their Government Issued ID (Driver's license for local and passport for international) as well as a statement to the length of the guest's stay in the apartment. Tenant must also note the maximum occupant allowed in the unit based on the apartment type they are renting.The management is also strict in implementing this policy to prevent any unauthorized person from entering the building for the safety and security of our tenants.
